Privacy

Tom's Crafted Home is a one-person shop in Stittsville, Ottawa. This is what happens with your information when you use this site.

When you book a pickup

Your first and last name, phone and email are used for one thing: your pickup. They send your confirmation and a calendar invite, and they give you a private link to change or cancel. Your table and pickup time are stored so that hour isn't offered to anyone else. Your name, phone and email go into Tom's own calendar entry for your pickup and into your confirmation emails. They are not kept in the website's database. Nothing is shared or sold, and nothing is used for marketing.

On your phone

The site remembers the table you were building, on your own device, so you can pick up where you left off. That's all it keeps. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels and no visitor analytics.

Payment

This site never takes a payment. You pay at pickup by e-transfer, cash, or a card link if you ask for one.
